    David really is a brilliant Product Leader. During our time together he stood out for a number of reasons.

    Secondly, his effortless ability to constantly maintain a positive and inclusive team culture. People love working with David (I certainly did).     Thirdly - and I'm not sure how else to put this - I've met few people in my life that are able to generate so much output consistently. I'm convinced that there are secretly three David Johnston clones working in tandem.

    I've worked with a lot of PM's over the years and David stood out for a few reasons.

    First, was his no-drama professionalism. He gets the hard work done and adapts to the needs of the org and introduces new ideas and sharpens your thinking in a way that is intellectual honest and constructive, even when there's a lot of chaos and uncertainty.

    Second, was his knowledge of the healthcare industry. His ability to go deep into the user personas, workflows, and the state of current technologies and their gaps was crucial to helping our team develop industry orientation and game plan for how to make the most impact.

    Third, was his integrity. I never doubted the sincerity and intent of what he was saying or doing. I always knew David was focused on doing the best thing for the company, the team, and our customers aligned with our mission.
